On Sunday, May 3rd, we celebrated another year of disciple-making at Grace.
"All your children shall be taught by the Lord, and great shall be the peace of your children.” Isaiah 54:13
I thought of the word, koinonia, this afternoon as we gathered together after Sunday School. Koinonia is a Greek word that means fellowship, participation, community, sharing in common. What do we share in common? It is our new life in Christ. Koinonia was very important to the first century church and it is very important to our church!
Our Christmas DiscipleLand Market took place on December 21st, 2025 followed by a pizza party celebration! Our kids gave over $300 DiscipleLand dollars in toys and school supplies for Operation Christmas Child 2026.
We celebrated another year of teaching children and adults God's Word through the efforts of our wonderful, committed teachers! It was only appropriate that we conclude our Sunday School year with an Ice Cream Celebration. Our older students joyfully served. ❤️
Our final DiscipleLand Market took place on May 4th, 2025 followed by a pizza party celebration with our adult, teen and children's Sunday School classes.
Our church family looks for reasons to celebrate with one another. Our children's Discipleland ministry and the growth that takes place every week is definitely worth celebrating, ice cream sundae's included!
Aria designs and creates the weekly bulletin boards for our 1st-3rd grade class.
