Pastor Adam O'Connor

Pastor Adam was born and raised on Cape Cod and became the Lead Pastor of Grace Church in July 2026. He seeks to help believers grow in their understanding of God’s Word and their walk with Christ. He desires to grow alongside the congregation as they follow Christ together, encouraging one another and leading one another heavenward.
Adam graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Biblical and Theological Studies and is currently pursuing a Master of Theological Studies at Grimkè Seminary. His ministry experience includes serving on staff at Bible Alliance Church and participating in church planting on Cape Cod. His heart for ministry extends beyond the pulpit through building meaningful relationships, walking alongside others, and helping them grow in their faith.
Adam lives in Brewster with his beloved wife Lissette, their four children Brianna, Bella, Dylan, McKenzie and their golden retriever, Luna. Family is a cherished part of his life, and he loves spending time with his wife, children and playing guitar. Together, the family enjoys serving at Grace Church, participating in ministry, traveling, and spending time with friends and loved ones on Cape Cod.
Adam is grateful for the opportunity to serve the church and walk alongside its members as they grow in Christ, remain grounded in His Word, and faithfully follow Him together.
Richard Chase has served in music ministry for 22 years and is passionate about using the gifts God has given him to glorify the Lord through music. As Worship Music Director at Grace Church, Richard believes that the Holy Spirit is the true leader of worship, guiding God's people to glorify Him together.
Richard came to know Jesus Christ in 1991 when a neighbor shared the love of Jesus with him and helped him understand God's plan for his life. After 32 years as a physical education teacher and coach, he recently retired and continues to invest in others through music, ministry, and meaningful relationships. His passion extends beyond the church walls, where he plays music in the community, builds authentic connections, and looks for opportunities to share the good news of Jesus Christ. He seeks to live as an ambassador for Christ, guided by 2 Corinthians 5:20.
Richard has been married to his wife, Deb, for 37 years. They have four children—Brandon, Erik, Naomi, and Sarah—and a grandson, Cade, along with their son-in-law, Alex, and daughter-in-law, Naveen. Richard loves the people of Grace Church and enjoys sharing laughter, food, and fellowship with others. His heart for ministry is grounded in the humility of Christ, reflected in Philippians 2:3, as he seeks to serve the Lord and demonstrate Christ's love to everyone he encounters.
